✈ Aviator leaders in action! ✈ The Superintendent Leadership Group met for the final time this school year and wrapped things up with a fun real-world scenario! Students in grades 7–12 took on the role of interviewers, while our 4th–6th grade students stepped into the hot seat as interviewees during mock interviews. Before the mock interviews, the younger students rotated through breakout groups to learn how to bring their best selves to the table. They learned about posture and confidence to answering tricky questions like a pro! After the interviews, older students offered helpful feedback, sharing what went well and how to improve for future interviews. This experience is more than just a fun simulation, it’s a powerful way to build leadership, communication and professionalism that will benefit these students for years to come. #RepthatA
