Madalynn will be attending the University of Cincinnati to study nursing!
During her time at AHS, she was involved in National Honor Society, premedical professions career tech program and worked as a CNA in a nursing home.
Advice for the Class of 2026:
"One piece of advice I would give to the class of 2026 would be to be as involved as you can whether that be in school or out of it. Join clubs, go to sporting events, school events and anything you can. Your senior year flies by so much quicker than you’ll anticipate."

Janet Dawson's 2nd graders completed a biography project! Students chose a person, researched, wrote a report, completed a timeline, and gave a presentation about the famous person. This cross curricular project was a lot of hard work, but the students did great! 😎 #RepthatA

Sydney will be attending Lake Erie College to major in speech pathology and minor in education!
During her time at AHS, she was involved in FCA, tennis, majorettes, band, student council, student representative for the Board of Education, key club and worked at Dairy Queen for two years.

✈ Aviator leaders in action! ✈
The Superintendent Leadership Group met for the final time this school year and wrapped things up with a fun real-world scenario!
Students in grades 7–12 took on the role of interviewers, while our 4th–6th grade students stepped into the hot seat as interviewees during mock interviews. Before the mock interviews, the younger students rotated through breakout groups to learn how to bring their best selves to the table. They learned about posture and confidence to answering tricky questions like a pro!
After the interviews, older students offered helpful feedback, sharing what went well and how to improve for future interviews. This experience is more than just a fun simulation, it’s a powerful way to build leadership, communication and professionalism that will benefit these students for years to come. #RepthatA

"A piece of advice I have for current jurors is to enjoy the time you have left. Life is gonna come at you fast and senior year goes by quickly. Have fun your last year of being a high schooler and don’t live with regrets."

Kamden will be attending Wright State University in the fall!
During his time at AHS, he was part of baseball, soccer, social justice club, National Honor Society, TIE and key club along with taking part in the MLK Jr. breakfast and he Annual Mayor's dinner.
Advice for the Class of 2026:
"One small piece of advice I would give to anyone in high school is to do whatever you want or need to do with a purpose. If it has no purpose, what's the point in doing it."
