For the 3rd nine weeks, students at Alliance Early Learning School focused on the behavior expectation "Give Your Best Effort." Each homeroom chose one student who best exemplified that expectation to take part in a donut party with the principals! We are so proud of the hard work the students in kindergarten and first grade have put in to learning all three behavior expectations - be kind, give your best effort and be a good role model - to make our school building a fun and safe place to learn! #RepthatA

In celebration of the Total Solar Eclipse, students at Alliance Intermediate School created Eclipse-themed chalk art. Using black paper, students used a stencil to trace the Eclipse in white chalk. They used bright and colorful chalk pastels for the background. As a final touch, they used their finger to push the white chalk from the Eclipse to create a glowing effect. How cool! #RepthatA

Mike and Sarah Oakes, owners of First Choice Electrical Solutions, generously purchased letterman jackets for two of our outstanding athletes! Chacora Tackett, a sophomore, and Jakoby Mashema, a freshman, were selected to receive the jackets for exemplifying the core values of Alliance City Schools by being Leaders, High Performers and Caring Citizens! Chacora and Jakoby had the opportunity to design their dream jackets and have been proudly wearing them. This week, they had the chance to meet and thank Mr. and Mrs. Oakes in person.
