Every Friday, Mr. Muller, Parkway principal, goes to each classroom with the i-ready cart filled with good music and sweet treats! Students put tickets into a basket for each i-ready lesson they complete that week. Four lucky winners are drawn! Great job, students! #RepthatA

Alliance City Schools will run on a 2 hour delay today (Friday, November 16, 2018) due to power outages. Morning preschool classes are canceled, and evening preschool classes should report at normal time. Alliance Career Center Adult Education classes will run as normal.

Parkway Elementary students had a blast at their annual Thanksgiving Feast today! They enjoyed a full feast complete with turkey, mashed potatoes, corn and pumpkin pudding! #RepthatA





Second grade students at Parkway participated in their monthly behavior incentive on Friday, Nov. 2. This months activity was an exciting game of dodgeball. Criteria to be invited was No Red, No Orange, and No more than 4 yellows. Next months event will be Limbo! #RepthatA

Jay Miletsky, the author of "Ricky, the Rock that Couldn't Roll," visited Parkway Elementary last week. He read his book aloud and allowed the students to ask questions about being an author and his book. At the end of his visit he signed books for the students. #RepthatA



Third grade students from Parkway selected the class they wanted to attend to destress before the fall reading AIR test. They learned about controlling their bodies and minds when feeling stressed. Classes were led by Andrea Lee, an Alliance alum and YMCA director. #RepthatA




The annual ACS Coat Give-Away is just a week away! Any student in the district in need of a coat can stop by the Alliance Community Center from 4-6 p.m. on October 25. #RepthatA
