Alliance High School celebrated the Top 10% of the Class of 2026 with a dessert banquet on Wednesday, May 6. The students and guests had the pleasure of hearing from guest speaker and AHS alum Paige Felger ('13), and had the opportunity to recognize an honored educator who has made a positive impact in their lives.

Kadence Adkins plans to attend a Christian university to major in actuarial science and minor in Spanish. Her honored educator is Victoria Popio, a school counselor at AHS.
Andalyn Barker is attending Case Western Reserve University to pursue a degree in biomedical engineering. Andalyn's honored educator is Christian Shively, a history teacher at AHS.
Zellie Barnes is attending Northern Kentucky University to pursue a degree in engineering. Her honored educator is Allison Morrison, a school counselor at AHS.
Ava Dickey will be attending Malone University and majoring in zoology. Her chosen educator is Mrs. Chunat, choir teacher at AHS.
DiAngelo Fisk plans to attend college to study engineering. His honored educator is Chris Schillig, an English teacher at AHS.
Jordi Gonzalez-Summers will be attending the University of Mount Union as an Investment Alliance scholar to study exercise science. His honored educator is Adam Filo, a history teacher at AHS.
Gabrielle Heslop will be attending the University of Mount Union as an Investment Alliance scholar to major in public relations and communications. Her honored educator is Matt Horning, a teacher at AMS and former girls soccer coach.
Audrey Howell is attending the University of Mount Union as an Investment Alliance scholar to double major in art and psychology. Her honored educator is Steve Cabassa, an art teacher at AHS.
Kaycie Jurina will be attending the University of Mount Union as an Investment Alliance scholar to study nursing and minor in Spanish. She has chosen Liz Davis, a Spanish teacher at AHS, as her honored educator.
Sander Kern has chosen to attend Duquesne University to major in international security studies. His honored educator is Lori Gasparik, his former kindergarten teacher at AELS.
Madyson Kline is attending the University of Mount Union to major in music and minor in art. Her honored educator is Joss Bowling, her former band teacher.
Avery Lewis will be attending the University of Mount Union as an Investment Alliance scholar to major in civil engineering. His honored educator is Nicholas Desjardins, orchestra teacher at ACS.
Lincoln Masters will be attending the University of Mount Union to major in biology with a pre-medicine concentration. His honored educator is Stephanie McKnight, the sports medicine teacher at AHS.
Cole Pasco will be attending the University of Mount Union as an Investment Alliance scholar to major in exercise science. He has chosen Jenny Pancake, his former elementary teacher, as his honored educator.
Lincoln Reese will be attending Walsh University to study exercise science. His honored educator is Stephanie McKnight, the sports medicine teacher at AHS.
Makenna Root will be attending Ohio University to pursue a degree in musical theatre. She has chosen Carrie Chunat, music teacher at AHS, as her honored educator.
Aylah Salyers will be attending Tiffin University to double major in criminology and forensic psychology. She has chosen Candance Worrell, a history teacher at AHS, as her honored educator.
David Wang is attending the University of Mount Union as an Investment Alliance scholar to major in biology. His honored educator is Brenda Weisel, an English teacher at AHS.
David Wineman will be attending The Ohio State University to major in computer and information science. He has chosen Amy Latsch, a math teacher at AHS, as his honored educator.
