Alliance Early Learning School (AELS) is set to host an open house on Saturday, April 10 for all future and prospective preschool students.
\r\nStudents and their families are welcome to attend the event where they will meet the preschool teaching staff and members of the building and district administration. Stations will be set up to allow families to tour a preschool classroom, learn about the resources provided to preschool families through SPARK, get involved in the PTO and even register if the child has not been officially registered.
\r\nEach child who leaves as a registered student will receive a yard sign declaring them as future Aviators. Students will also be able to enjoy a snack after the tour and have a chance to play on the playground if the weather permits.
\r\n“We take very seriously that the future of our children in the Alliance City School District begins at AELS,” said Cory Muller, principal of AELS. “This event is intended to be informative, fun, and all about the children, who will begin their educational journey with us. We are so excited to host families in our Alliance community here with us on Saturday.”
\r\nThe cost of preschool at AELS is on a sliding scale based on the families income making it an affordable option for Alliance families.
\r\nThe open house will take place from 10 am - 1 pm. AELS is located at 285 W. Oxford St. Families will enter through Door 1.
\r\nAn open house for kindergarten students is being planned for May. More information on this event will be released by the district soon.
